"Fantastic place to stay! The staff were super helpful and always available whenever needed. A massive shout-out to the chef for making a banging breakfast every single morning. The room was incredibly comfy and clean, so I slept soundly every night. Wifi available throughout the hotel.
āGetting around was effortless, with a convenient Uber pick-up spot right outside. Plus, having The Waterfront shopping mall directly opposite on the main road was brilliant, plenty of great options for food and activities. Highly recommend, especially for solo travellers!"
"The infrastructure is amazing indeed š, very clean and organized from the lobby through the restaurant to the rooms is do beautiful.
Great staff, just need a little bit of more presence on the staff.
But at the spa it didnāt go well at all. The service was rushed, lots of interruptions in the journey. Therapist not professional at all. Both my wife and i didnāt like it all at the Spa. I hope the hotel authorities are away of this negative touch point and working on it.
Checkout at 10am we found it too early , I think that is the earliest checkout time weāve come across.
For the money we paid, we were expecting a more higher service than we received."
"Beautiful property with an incredible view of the national park. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and well appointed, and staff were friendly and helpful every step of the way. Breakfast was fantastic, and the restaurant was wonderful in the evening as well. We absolutely loved our stay and stay again without hesitation."
"Acacia Tree Lodge is my absolute go-to hotel for my annual trips to Kenya. It offers a wonderful, friendly boutique atmosphere with unbeatable valueāboth for the room rates and the incredibly fair prices on food, drinks, and laundry.
Even better, staying here supports a great cause. The lodge is run by the non-profit New Hope Foundation, whose work is close to my heart after one of their hospitals in Tanzania saved a close friend's life years ago. Highly recommended!"
