"I booked this place for my husbands birthday. I asked for the suite with the private pool. I had booked a late flight in the hope we would arrive and be able to go on the balloons however the balloons were cancelled and the Ali the gentleman at the desk was so kind and gave us a suite for the same price as the budget room.
