"観光名所である西湖から少し遠かったですが環境も悪くはなく掃除のおばあさんがとても愛想よくて良い旅にはなりました。アメニティも揃っており快適な空間ではあります。予約時にデビットカードの情報を登録したのですがカードには請求が来ないと書かれているにもかかわらず金額が引き落としされていました。問い合わせてみたところ、デポジットとしての請求であるためチェックアウト時には振り込まれるという返信を頂きました。そこまでは良いものの、チェックアウトから１週間弱経っても振込がされません。備品を壊したりルームサービス等は受けていません。つまり私は料金を2倍払っているようです。その件についても問い合わせてはいますがまだ返答が来ておらず不安しか覚えません。国を跨いでいますし大変なのは重々承知ですが、もう少し対応を早くして頂きたいと思いました。心配性の方にはあまりおすすめ出来ませんが、内装も立派で価格はお手頃なので泊まる価値はあると思います。"

"Very clean facility, excellent location, friendly staff. The only problem is finding the place. The listing on Expedia gives the address but it is the address of a complex. The hotel is on the 6th floor. If you face the front of the building (looking at Starbucks) the entrance is on the left side of the building. Look for the big lemon statue."

Modern sleekly design rooms that are nice and clean and supplied with complimentary snacks and beverages beyond your normal water, coffee, and teas.
