"The suites were very spacious and big enough for a family of four.
The showers are a little small though.
The balcony of the apartment was huge and with a big enough table for 6 or more.
The facilities were good. Everything you could want.
The whole complex is lovely and the kids loved the pools. It wasn’t full when we were there but think it would feel very busy if it was.
The thing that lets it down is the outside area. The exit off the main road is uneven and not even a proper road as the buildings either side are not finished. It’s only about 25 metres but you have to drive slowly.
The area of the complex is a little remote as it is on the outskirts of Oroklini. A car is a definite requirement to get around as you can’t really walk to anywhere. On the whole we had a fab time. It suited us as a family of 11 and 3 generations."
"It was my first time visiting and everything was amazing as in literally , the staff , the hotel the cleanliness fantastic stay will definitely be coming back."
"Hotel was tidy and clean - my only issue was loads of bird poo on the balcony so wasn’t able to access it at all. Staff - very attentive and friendly, we booked 3 days only but found the hotel was great so booked another 2 nights price was great too. Breakfast was very good too few options - cooking station for omelettes and the chef was great and friendly too. Pool is a great size gets a little busy at weekends with regulars but found it was only us in there at times so plenty of space to swim and sun loungers always available. The onsite gym good size loads of apparatus and great selection too. We chose half board option and it was a la carte menu for dinner- loads of options to choose 1 starter, 1 main with sized and desert. Food portion size was huge and food taste was 10/10
- we got room service and was all delivered hot and didn’t take to long either. Steak cooked to how we liked too! Overall fantastic experience would definitely recommend to friends annd family and come back ourself."
"The hotel is in a great location.
The gym is rarely open. Evenings and Saturday only, closed all day on Sunday. So one of the extras you look for and pay for in a hotel is basically a waste of space!
The pool in the Summer is packed, mainly children and families. It is also opened to the public for a fee from 10.0 am and on the days we stayed there was a queue every morning. So, paying hotel guests who do not get to the pool early enough struggle to get a sunbed. On the Saturday we used it, if we had been 15 minutes later, we would not have got a sunbed! It need more supervision to ensure hotel guests have priority and if adults are trying to swim, ask the children and families to leave a meter or so by the edge. I was NOT impressed.
The pillows in the rooms are very low quality, small and lumpy. We asked for better pillows and was told, there are spares in the wardrobe! Yes, we had already found them and they were just as bad if not worse. It is NOT a cheap hotel and simple things like pillows are not even given a consideration for guests to get a good nights sleep.
My partner and I used to stay at this hotel but stopped because it was very dilapidated and in need of upgrading. That work has been done, so we returned.
The one good thing about the hotel previously was the breakfast. It was very good quality. Now, it's mediocre. Cheap sausages, not cooked. Never any fresh fried eggs, the bread was hard, no pastries. Even the teabags are very low quality now."
"Nice hotel. Safe area . Unfortunately there is an construction in front of the hotel and there was early noisy trucks, tools and crane. Besides that love the staff and spotless rooms."
