"The staff here was awesome. From Luis in the bar/pizza place, to everyone working hard at breakfast, the service was great. The room was comfortable. Bed and pillows worked well for me. Walls are thin and you hear everything inside and out, and the water takes 10 mins to warm up for the showers, but pretty minor. I'd happily stay here again. Good location too."

"It was very convenient to get to Guadalajara Expo (only a 10 minute walk), but the area didn't seem very safe (particularly at night). The hotel, while clean, desperately needs a remodelation or new items (like the beds or the pillows). The staff were very attentive and kind, definitely the best part of the whole experience. All in all, good accomodations, but could improve quite a bit with renovations."
