"We have stayed at FCH both the Expo and the one in Providencia. Both hotels are conveniently located and reasonably priced. The staff is very well trained a, bilingual ( English and Spanish) . The beds are clean and comfortable. This visit I was particularly impressed with the gentleman who assisted us with moving into our room and showing us how everything worked. "I truly enjoyed my stay ay plaza ejecutivo hotel. The swimming pool was very nice, beds were comfortable, the restaurant offers excellent food, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. One night the air conditioning wasn't working and we got moved to an upgraded room. "

"The staff here was awesome. From Luis in the bar/pizza place, to everyone working hard at breakfast, the service was great. The room was comfortable. Bed and pillows worked well for me. Walls are thin and you hear everything inside and out, and the water takes 10 mins to warm up for the showers, but pretty minor. I'd happily stay here again. Good location too."

"Well above my expectations! The rooms were clean and well furnished. The staff was friendly and helpful but didn’t speak much English. The breakfast buffet was excellent with made to order omelets. There is a big mall with lots of shopping and some excellent restaurants within walking distance. There is a basic gym and a nice pool. The property is beautifully landscaped. Nice annd quiet ant night. Overall a 4 star property!"

"This hotel has the softest most comfortable beds. The breakfast had something new each day and the staff was so nice. It was across the street from Plaza Del Sol, and Also several restaurants. Even had Pizza Hut across the street when my kids wanted something familiar to eat. Great location to the Zapopan cathedral. "
