In the morning, i had one of the cleaning staff try and entered my room as I was still sleeping. I woke up and luckily caught her at the entrance but could have been awkward otherwise.

Great location, across a nice shopping mall, very close to a beautiful park and the pedestrian old city. Perfect for us. Staff was very nice, especially Philip, Marian and Lena. Great place to stay with a dog as well. Everybody so welcoming towards our shy pup. Altogether great experience, would definitely recommend for anybody. Also great air conditioning and wifi!

Our experience as a small family of three, two adults and a child, was wonderful. The staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and efficient. The entire hotel, from the rooms to the hallways to the breakfast area, was absolutely spotless. The staff very clearly care about the hotel and it shows. Breakfast was included each morning and it was always delightful and filling. We will definitely be staying again when we return to the area.

Free parking When we first arrived the outside of the building looked a little rough but once we went inside the hotel we were completely surprised. Huge room, newly renovated, modern, stylish and absolutely a great place! Don’t judge a book by its cover, I’m so glad we gave it a try and will absolutely be staying here again when in the area in future. Very pleased.
Clean, safe and Amazing staff, we were greeted with a big smile which was so nice after almost 26 hours of traveling. The guy at the receptionist he is the best, also the supervisor, they were super helpful, providing us guidance in our first time in Frankfurt. When we drove up, we were not sure because the sign only said HOTEL on top where another word had been. But once we walked through the door, it was bliss. We were given an upgrade to a truly marvelous room. It had a dozen long windows in an expanded wide bay area with views over the city. Hard to describe - unbelievable! The beds were crisply white with lovely down comforters for the season. Bath was extremely large and even had a bath scale. Breakfast boasted over 50 selections, but...
We had a very nice 4 nites layover here. The staffs are very friendly and location is perfect. It will be perfect if you had neighbours who can regnized this is a hotel room ,not their privat home.
Our stay at the lake hotel was simply wonderful. The room was very spacious, cozy, and tastefully furnished. It was spotlessly clean, and the bed was excellent. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, and the evening meals were outstanding. We especially enjoyed the sauna, the hotel’s private beach right on the lake, and our large terrace. In short, we highly recommend this hotel.
