What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding staff. The lobby team was consistently warm, welcoming, and professional. We would especially like to thank the wonderful Guest Relations Officers, Vy and Van, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us. Their attentiveness, kindness, and genuine hospitality made us feel truly valued and cared for throughout our stay. The service at The Peninsula Da Nang is flawless — attentive yet never intrusive, efficient while still personal. "Excellent team at check in and vey responsive guest services. Rooms are comfortable, restaurant is first class. Beach is across the street Some construction going on next door but the hotel went above and beyond to make sure we knew before check in and provided ear plugs and a nice discount. "
