" The hotel is located in small community and very quiet. Very nice rooms. We stayed there to tour The Eagles Nest and it was very close. We arrived a little late and they were great about it and hung around until we arrived. We weren’t real late but they showed great customer service. The breakfast bar was really good as well. I would definitely recommend staying here!"

"The breakfast quality was excellent and the waitresses wore traditional dress, reception was very helpful, the room was lovely although a little small but did have tea & coffee making facilities and a balcony from which we could see the eagles nest ( when the clouds cleared ) so all in all fabulous place 2 minutes drive from town which was perfect for us. "Incredible place especially for families with teens or young kids. Our kids (9, 11, 11 and 17) would have enjoyed just staying at the hotel and playing in the huge play area. 30 minutes to Berchtesgaden and Eagles Nest and Lake Koningsee. But also across the road from a Great Lake / River itself. Owner who runs the place is amazing and incredibly hard working. Breakfast was excellent. Fresh eggs cooked to order. Also great area for dinner less than a 5 minute drive. Could not recommend this...
