"Conveniently located at the edge of the CBD where it's possible to walk to various attractions (not far from Elizabeth Quay). Was able to pick up our rental car just round the corner and enjoyed relatively cheaper parking with the hotel's discount voucher for a nearby parking garage. Property is a restored heritage building and does have some vintage appeal. rooms and amenities are modern and more than sufficient for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. "

"Hotel is reasonable for the price. The area surrounding the hotel feels like the rough end of town near the courts. However, it’s a close walk to the swan river and Elizabeth quay which is really nice. "

"Well though out space. Accommodate my family of 5 easily. Good kitchenette facilities that enabled us to have a couple of simple meals in the comfort of our own home away from home. If anything could be improved, they could install better shower doors as the water from the rain shower kept splashing out. "
