4 Star Hotels in Reunion

Great place… Huge!! We were a group of 9 and we were so confortable! 2 TV rooms. The only suggestion is to improve parking facilities as it is not close from the apartment

What I must say about this property is that not all the staff was as rude as the property manager on duty. I was there for my 15 year old son birthday and we booked two rooms. We enjoyed the resort and asked for a late check out and was told By the on duty manager that she could give us 1/2 hour more and we could stay at golf course etc … and when she found out someone had given us an extra hour she expressed her displeasure with that granted request by verbalizing such in front of me. It was stunning and pristine. Very well managed, maintained and extremely clean. Awesome amenities and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. My wife and I loved it and we’re so glad we chose to stay here for our 25th anniversary.

Our stay was wonderful and accommodating. We enjoyed all the hotel had to offer and hope to return again soon.

We have stayed before and enjoy the pool and poolside restaurant.

This hotel has a ton of activities to do for the kids and adults. It’s beautiful with all the animals, while all staff members were very helpful and went above and beyond expectations.

I almost hate to write a great review because I want to keep Bay Hill as much of a secret as possible! The truth is that it is one of the most quaint and comfortable places to stay ANYWHERE. We have visited here many times in the past and will surely be back many more times. For this stay, my wife and I decided to alter our reservations upon arrival and stay here for a full week, which was a great decision. Great check in staff. Nice rooms. Large bathroom. Plenty of room for our needs as a family.

Room was very nice but the pillows. They were flat as pancakes and poor bunched up fiber filled. Disappointing.

The apartment and amenities were exactly as listed. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfy. The gym and the pool in the complex were nice. Would definitely stay there again.

My daughter and I recently stayed at the Terraces building of The Grove resort and everything was perfect for us! We felt safe, the room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was a nice spot to relax at and the waterpark area was so much fun for us!! We are already planning our next trip back. Don’t know where all of the negative reviews are coming from, you will love the Grove Terraces.

I cannot say enough excellent things about this resort. We have stayed at many Disney resorts, but this one blew us away! We ended up spending almost 2 full days just enjoying what the resort has to offer from the amazing pools and water slides to the fantastic dining choices. Many of the activities that we took part in were even free such as cookie decorating and cultural experiences. Clean and comfortable

I wish you had a way to prevent guests from reserving all pool chairs with towels first thing in the morning even if they are not planning on using them until the afternoon or evening. It leaves few or no seating options for other guests.
