I was only staying here because it seemed nice enough for a one-night stop to pick up my fella from the nearish Krakow airport, but it would have been worth a longer stay, for sure. As I arrived at Q Hotel, I realized that I had dropped my phone in the Uber that took me there. The front desk staff was so helpful. They spent an hour helping me to phone my telephone so that we could ask the Uber driver to come back. In the end it all worked out well. I recommend this hotel, as it is clean and bright. But mostly, I recommend this hotel because the staff are helpful, kind and patient.

The staff warmly greeted us at reception. They answered all my questions about the surrounding area. They even helped us schedule our Warwel Castle trip. Breakfast was very good with a large variety of fresh fruits, breads, meat and cheeses, to go along with the more traditional breakfast foods. Our room was very clean, and housekeeping did a super job. I want to thank all of the staff for a very enjoyable experience.
