Amazing little hotel, VERY CLEAN and neat! Excellent service, located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Would stay there another dozen times if opportunity presented. Just 2.5 miles from city center. Bus close but walking was more fun for meeting and interacting with the Israeli people.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time in Jerusalem, in great part thanks to staying at the Sephardic House. We started our stay in another hotel, but we moved over to the Sephardic House and improved the quality of our trip substantially. I really appreciate staff’s hospitality. I booked the room without breakfast. But they provided me complimentary breakfast considering my long flight from Japan and tiredness. In addition, my check in time was from 2 pm. But they also provided early check in. Thanks to their heartfelt hospitality, my stay was really good:) I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. And I’ll definitely stay here if I visit Jerusalem again! Thank you for all staffs and excellent property!

Great location to Old Jerusalem. Handy Yellow gas station and convenient store next door for snacks. Most of the staff was excellent. We loved two of the bell boys that were always so friendly and helpful. One was Soloman (really tall young man), and the other one was Gill. Our favorite taxie driver was Golani. He made our trip!!! He drove us over to the Jaffa Gate, but first took us up to the Mount of Olives for a panoramic pic of the old city. He even cut an olive branch from one of the trees...

I am very picky when it comes to hotels...cleanliness, service, style, decor...I notice it all. Alegra was truly perfection! I hope to make it back one day. It really is a special place.

Breakfast is great

Outstanding service and perfect location for your pilgrimage to the Holy Land. It's located across from the New Gate and a short 10 min walk to the Holy Sepulcher. The staff was wonderful and the restaurants offered a terrific menu as well as an amazing view of Jerusalem. From a spiritual standpoint, we were able to attend mass everyday at the chapel and it was a perfect way to reflect on our day.

Small hotel in the middle of everything. One block from Ben Yehuda shopping, excellent restaurants, King George and Jaffa streets. 10 minute slow walk to Mahane Yehuda Market.

Mimi, Yoel and Talia were fantastic! They genuinely cared about us and our welfare. They were always, warm, helpful and full of great knowledge about anything we needed. I would highly recommend Hotel Biazi!
