"Nice hotel, business hotel in the Northern suburbs of Napoli but the train 2 is 500 metres away from the hotel & takes you right downtown Napoli to Piazza Garibaldi. Very convenient to use the trains ! Metro. Car parking is good & secure. No need for car in Napoli so we just left our car and took metro & trains. Hotel staff friendly & helpful. Breakfast full & substantial. Some good restaurants across the street."

I believe a taxi from the port was around 38 euro and took about 20 minutes. We walked into the city and did all of the things we wanted to do. We stayed here as a family of 6. All 3 rooms were water view and the views from the balconys were incredible. Nice to sit out there early morning with a cup of coffee and watch the ships. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also great with beautiful views from the roof top. The maitre d' and his staff were excellent.
The hotel staff were wonderful, offering suggestions about the local attractions. You get the real feel of Naples walking the small streets of Quartiere Spagnoli. Will definitely stay at Il Convento on our next trip to Naples.

This was our first visit to Sorrento. The hotel was beautiful with a great full breakfast. Room was spacious, staff was friendly & the housekeepers sweet. We had dinner twice in the rooftop dinning room overlooking the bay. The sunset was amazing. The waitstaff friendly , the food five star. We also danced to the music which made it very romantic. Room was really nice and quiet, staff was amazing and the location is good as long as you want to me close to the train station.
Only thing I didn’t like was the fitness center, old, small and too basic
The room and bathroom were clean, spacious and the lighting was great. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious offering a wide array of things to choose from including delicious Italian baked goods.
The staff was great and so helpful trying to make our stay an enjoyable one.

Absolutely gorgeous grounds. Large elegant lobby and dining rooms with views of Bay of Naples and Vesuvius. Our room was not in the main hotel and was too small and lacking amenities. Bathroom was ok. Maybe that's a problem if you book through Hotels.com where the worst rooms are set aside?
Great staff- friendly, helpful with planning our day and referring us to local places based in what we requested or were looking for. Nice little bar. Great morning breakfast buffet. Nice pool area and patio in front of hotel to enjoy a cocktail. Beautiful views of the ocean. Would definitely stay again.
The hotel has a picturesque view of the Bay of Sorrento, sitting up higher on one end just a short walk from the best restaraunts. If possible request a room on the 1100 piano (floor).The view from there overlooks the pools and the bay. Stunning. This year we stayed on the 5th piano (floor) and the photos of from this year.
The Naples city center-or Centro Storico-is a hive of activity and some would say utter chaos. It's a rabbit warren of narrow streets and alleys, many impassible to cars. This hotel provides a luxurious, safe oasis amidst the craziness. A tremendous plus is that you can actually drive to this hotel so taxis can get there. Awesome! The restaurant and bar at the top is a must visit. The wait staff were generous pourers, the food was great, and they even applied a discount to our bill unprompted from the Fork app. Great place!
