"A small friendly hotel with excellent guest services. The staff are helpful and courteous. Subway stations and the main train station are within easy walks. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails were included in our stay. Eateries and night market are all nearby. There is a rooftop deck if you want to see the city lights in the evening. Very good value."

"Staff is good, room is small and noisy, you can hear out loud from outside the room and the bed is not hard enough for me. Paid breakfast is not great but okay. Not my first choice of coming back again. "

"Room and food quality are good. However it’s quite unpleasant being refused to use the Gym for my 13 year old son. My son is already taller and stronger than me. It’s a ridiculous policy and I won’t visit again."

"Very nice hotel with a lovely, clean, and modern room. It is on a short walking distance (10-15m) from both Central Park and Formosa Boulevard, as well as the Liuhe night market, and the area feels safe at night. The only thing I had a bit of trouble with was the very bright airconditioning display at night, but I put a small bit of cardboard in front of it with washi tape in the end and that did the trick. I have no doubt the staff would have been able to help, as they were very kind. They also helped me operate the laundry machines at the laundry room on the 9th floor. Slept like a log in this hotel, can 100% recommend."
