We were upgraded to a pool view room, with an amazing balcony! All of the staff were respectful, polite and friendly! As single women we felt at ease! And no one hit on us!
Very friendly and helpful staff. The common areas where clean and well maintained. The swimming pool and beach area were very nice. Room was a little outdated but very clean. The price was a steal compare to other hotels in the area and Hey we even got Continental breakfast included. I will come back again.
Our stay at the Movenpick was excellent. The hotel arranged a driver (Wasim) to pick us up from the airport and he was excellent which resulted on him becoming our driver every day of our trip to Jordan which also included a day trip to Petra (3hrs each way) whereby Wasim drove us. Upon arrival to the Hotel, the staff were great and treated us very well, whereby we received an upgraded room also to ensure our son was close to the pool whilst dad was close to the bars. Enjoyed our one night stay. The hotel has a small beach which is perfect right now since tourism is very slow in Jordan. I would imagine during busy times the beach is too small. We enjoyed the mud bath and a morning Dead Sea soak. We ended up eating at the Lebanese restaurant which was outstanding! My only complaint is the no outside food or drinks. You are stuck paying their outrageous prices which I didn’t have this problem at any other hotel in Jordan. Otherwise it was a good stay

The only negative thing that happened to me during my stay was a half day lost waiting in the lobby at the day of departure. Our flight was at 9:00pm and we were flying to canada (12hrs flight) the front desk guy gave us till 2pm only. It would have been nice of him to expand it till 4pm so we can enjoy the exteriors more, the sun and refresh in the pools especially that it was too hot. Anyway it was not clever of him. We could have spend more if it happened,...
a wonderful closre to our 2 week vacation . We spent two nights at this wonderful Oasis. There were absolutely no shortcomings of any kind. Service was excellent, food was superior, activities/spa was exquisite. Did not expect to receive such wnderful service in the middle of the desert. Will definetly go back again
Property is being remodeled. Our room seems to be completely remodeled but needs bedside lamps,table to put luggage when opening instead of having to get all d way to floor. I used one of d chairs :) Also need bathroom caddy for toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, none provided)
