The location of the hotel is on a quiet street and walkable to all major attractions. There is a parking garage a block away so parking is convenient.
The size of the standard twin room is good for two people with not so many luggage. Front desk staff was helpful, restaurant serves decent food.
During our stay there are street sidewalk pavement constructions near the hotel but no big deal.

Only stayed here for one night before flying back home. Hotel was super clean and the staff was very nice. They offered free breakfast which was great and they also have a restaurant that the food was good as well. If you are flying international like I did then taking the shuttle will take close to 30 minutes from the hotel to get to Terminal 4.
We were pleasantly surprised how nice of a hotel it was especially for the money. We paid 3 times as much for much of a lesser hotel. It is true that the hotel is far from Madrid (30km) but if you have a car then it is a must, since adjoining town (Alcala de Henares) is a birth place of the author of Don Quixote and city is loaded with great history.

Interior was attractive and modern. Rooms were somewhat dated, but very large in comparison to typical European style, clean and comfortable. Bed was firm. Restaurant food was good quality for the $$$.

Service to the Airport is not free, is 5 Euros per person, not bad, but is not free. Good thing they have lockers, which is very convenient, we left the luggage two days earlier, and went to Paris, and check-in without carrying the big luggages. Clean, breakfast was ok.

We wanted a comfortable hotel to spend or last night after 3 weeks traveling. We wanted to be close to,the airport, a shuttle to the airport and a place to dine and Crowne Plaza provided all of those features.
