"We LOVED staying at the Mirador. The staff there REALLY seems to care about providing an amazing experience. Guisepie said to act like this was home and it felt like it. The view from the restaurant is so relaxing and scenic. The staff is helpful in providing directions to hikes etc. It’s a block out of town so it’s more quiet but It still close enough. "Check in was a nightmare, no staff on duty EVER just a notice in Spanish which we eventually translated saying if you have a problem walk to another hotel on the other side of the village and they will help you. I should of received an email before arrival which informed me of which room and the entry password but I never received it. We were not alone a German couple there at the same time as us also had the same problem....no email either. Once we eventually got into our rooms they were fine...
