I have traveled to 50+ country's and have never had a better hotel experience. They have a complimentary airport pick up which was nice, since after 30 hrs of travel time I did not have to deal with public transportation or a taxi. The driver was there after collecting my bags at 12:30am. On arrival to the hotel they delivered my bags to my room while I registered. They also provide a welcome drink. Stunning views from club level. Beautiful, well appointed room. The arrival drink and pre-dinner aperitif were nice touches. Fantastic location sandwiched between picturesque Chinatown and the business district. Would definitely stay here again and feel that paying extra for the club level room was well worth it.

Close to city center and attractions

My nephew lived in Singapore for 4 years and recommended the Orchid Hotel. I have stayed there 3 times and never been disappointed. The price is very good, the location is about 1/2 block from the clean, inexpensive & safe subway (MRT), and you are walking distance to Chinatown and numerous places to eat. I LOVED this hotel. I checked in just after having just stayed at Marina Bay Sands the two nights prior, so my standards were high. Upon walking in, I was amazed at how well designed and amenitized this hotel was. The monotone and minimalist design is so calming. I enjoyed this stay at the Furama City Centre. I find it convenient for shoppers and visiting tourist spots around the city. My room was an executive club room which was large and clean. The only thing I had issue was the fact that housekeeping is only done every third day.

Very nice location

Excellent location for MRT, Marina Bay Area, Merlion Park, China Town. Hotel swimming pool was excellent to cool off mid day and return to sightseeing. Also close to Hawker for variety local food at cheap prices. I would return here on my next stay.

During the last three weeks, we visited seven different countries and can say this hotel was easily the best!! A perfect location, an early check in, a late check out, and we could go on and on. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is located in Chinatown and is less than 5 mins walking distance to dozens of restaurant including several Michelin rated restaurant. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and you’ll be greeted with smile every time you enter the hotel. My only “complaint” is the pool chairs is very limited (probably can fit 15-20 max).

I am so pleased I chose Ann Siang House. The perfect location, super quiet rooms. Some facilities were being upgraded but that didn’t bother me. In a place like Singapore who comes to sit inside anyway! The Manager swiftly moved me to a new room when the tiniest of issues with my cooling occurred. All staff are friendly and attentive and offered up some great local knowledge. Very happy I chose this hotel. Small, boutique and friendly. I will be back!!

The property was in such a great location, very near to anything you’d want to do in Singapore- 15 mins to little India, downtown/marina bay, airport, etc and walking distance to Maxwell Food Center. The staff was lovely and even got me in early after I arrived at 5 am. The room was very comfortable and I appreciated the free coffee machine and water on tap.

This hotel was beautifully unique. We walked into a lobby that was filled with an intoxicating aroma and were greeted with a chrysanthemum cordial. Later, someone stopped by our room to bring bedtime and morning elixirs. The room felt like it was out of a spy movie and there were lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The staff even prepped a to-go breakfast for us because we had to leave early for our flight the next morning.
