"The room was amazing and much bigger than we expected. We could see the top of the Duomo as well as the gardens. The staff was all incredibly nice. Breakfast was so incredibly good with lots of choices. "

"Everything was as expected. Clean, new room, adequate breakfast, safe neighborhood, good options for food - Mercato Centrale and other restaurants were only 5 minutes away. We were able to walk to all attractions as well as to/from train station. Definitely recommend this hotel."

"The quiet, green, and serene courtyard is the absolute best place to be after the busy day. I had moved hotels after spending the weekend away from Florence, and ended up returning to the Villa Royal after one night at the other hotel. An absolute paradise with a beautiful pool area and onsite parking, which I think is pretty rare."
