"My wife and I have made a yearly trip to Christ Church for 15 years and stayed at 10 different places, but it was the first time here since they changed owners and became Hotel Leroy. The location is perfect, with a short walk to the Dover Market east and the restaurants in St Lawrence Gap west. Every room has a view of the ocean, even though ours was a garden view room. There’s a small 3 ft deep pool for cooling off or kids to play in. The bar by the ocean and bar staff are great, with cheap happy hour prices 12:00-1:00 and 5:00-6:00 and music every afternoon/evening. The restaurant moves at the usual bajan pace, but the food was very good and reasonable prices. The only two less than 5 star things were the room being on the smaller side with some cracks in the floor tiles, and the seaweed at Dover beach. We stayed at the beach there a few days but went to the west side a couple also where the water was clearer. Bottom line, we will stay there again when we come back to Christ Church next year again!"

"Beautiful property. Beach, pools, fort and lighthouse all picturesque. Every room has a balcony with stunning views. Very good food options and convenience store onsite. Taxis and tour guides were available throughout the day. Walking distance to the most beautiful beaches and the most popular tourist activities."

"This was my first time in Barbados & my stay at South Gap Hotel was excellent! I booked a week vacation in honor of my birthday . All of the staff members were very nice & friendly, the rooms are very tidy/clean. The restaurant and bar on property is amazing & reasonably priced! Try the Bajan breakfast, very filling & delicious. The location of the hotel is also convenient, only 15 minutes away from the airport & nearby a lot of activities! I would stay at SouthGapHotel again when I return to Barbados again . I enjoyed my entire time there!"
