Very good quiet and clean hotel Good breakfast!

Clean room, nice spa, very nice staff! I was especially thankful for the General Manager who was so kind to us. We tried to pay for parking on the way out and she was taking care of the front desk while her employee was somewhere else. She could not ring us up and just gave us a ticket to get out. She didn’t make us wait and was very kind.

I recommend this property to everyone!

Very clean and staff helpful. After my first night I was not able to adjust the air conditioning and my son had the same problem.

Alles bestens! Super Lage

Our host was not able to accommodate all of our small group, so my husband and I took their suggestion of ibis Styles downtown. It was a 7-minute walk from the hotel to our host's house. And convenient to the 'village' of shops near by. The hotel was modest and clean, the room was efficiently laid out, the breakfast buffet had something for everyone. I now know that ibis has locations in other parts of Germany and I would not hesitate to stay at an ibis hotel in the future.

The Erbprinz has very comfortable rooms and a very nice restaurant. The downside was that they have a smoking lounge at the front of the hotel and in the winter the smoke from there is blown all the way to the back of the hotel and up the tower. So at night my room on the fifth floor of the tower started to smell like smoke and I had to open the windows to deal with the smell. The front desk said that they have other rooms in a different section of the hotel that didn't have this problem.

This beautiful little hotel is a great place to stay when in the Black Forest of Germany. The hotel is an older building which makes it even more comfortable with a rustic feel. The rooms are on the smaller side, but much like hotels in Europe. The rooms are air conditioned and very clean. No fear, looking up a long staircase should not make you worry as there is an elevator to get you up to your room. The staff is really helpful and the morning breakfast is very nice. The room was good sized, and very comfortable. When we arrived, the staff was very helpful in showing me where to park. The restaurant at the restaurant was excellent. We enjoyed the included breakfast in the morning. There were plenty of options to choose from. The hotel was quaint and a nice change from the usual big chains.

The Brenners Hotel and Spa property is simply sublime and exquisite. The gardens are beautiful and peaceful and form the back drop for relaxing moments sipping beverages or enjoying quiet time. The Fritz and Felix restaurant is excellent and among the best in Baden Baden. The bar is gorgeous and the bartenders and service staff in general are all on top of their game.

Couldn't have enjoyed my stay more! I had just arrived after 30 hours of traveling. The reception staff was very friendly and accommodating to a tired, non-German speaking guest. The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and every amenity, including a complimentary minibar. It is very convenient to the Old Town (5-10 minute walk) with so many restaurants and shops.
