A very nice Bavarian hotel that is thoroughly modern and updated. The room was roomy, incredible view from the balcony, excellent full breakfast. Staff was very helpful and showed us the easy way to walk to the main street (only 15 minute walk) and showed us some nice walking paths to explore the area.
OMG! This was the most wonderful place to stay. The staff made us feel like family. We love the Bar area and our balcony was so peaceful. We didn't want to leave.

The location of the hotel is in a quiet part of the city Garmisch-Partenkirchen only 5 minutes by foot to the pedestrian area with many shops and restaurants. Hotel staff was very friendly. Breakfast and dinner (half board) was excellent. So many things are well considered and taken care of by the hotel staff, e.g. in the morning our car was cleaning from snow falling through the night. Our room was spacy and recently renovated.

We came for a week of rest and found it here. Service was courteous and we especially enjoyed getting to know some of the waitstaff whom were more interactive with us and our dog. We had a fantastic stay at the Ameron Neuschwanstein Alpsee Resort. The room was absolutely beautiful—elegantly designed, comfortable, and with breathtaking views of the Alpsee. The staff went above and beyond, especially Tomy at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our visit.
