Casco Vello
Casco Vello's medieval charm unfolds through narrow cobblestone streets and honey-colored stone buildings that whisper stories of Vigo's past. Explore ancient churches, discover hidden plazas, and admire traditional Galician balconies overflowing with colorful flowers. A Pedra Market buzzes with local energy while the waterfront showcases the neighborhood's maritime heritage. Fresh seafood dominates traditional marisquerías where visitors can sample authentic pulpo á feira paired with local Albariño wine. Boutique hotels in converted historic buildings offer intimate accommodations with exposed beams and stone walls. The pedestrian-friendly layout makes this cultural enclave perfect for exploring on foot, though sturdy shoes are recommended for the cobblestone pathways.
Bouzas
Bouzas feels like a secret time capsule of Galicia's maritime soul, tucked away in Vigo's embrace. Cobblestone streets wind past the medieval Santa Baia Church and stone buildings that whisper tales of fishing heritage. The waterfront promenade delivers stunning estuary views toward the Cíes Islands, perfect for sunset strolls and seafood daydreams. Traditional marisquerías serve ultra-fresh pulpo á feira while family-run taverns welcome you like a local. Small guesthouses in converted historic buildings offer authentic stays with personal touches. The neighborhood is best explored on foot, letting you soak up the salt air and seagull soundtrack at your own unhurried pace.

Hotel Vigo Los Galeones Affiliated by Meliá
"El Hotel está muy bien, pequeños detalles de su servicio de internet y de TV, se cae la señal y es muy difícil ver un programa de TV para relajarse Mi hijo pasó una noche para la actualización de un Juego pero muy amables en todo"
Hotel O Pazo
"Beautifully restored finca which looks stunning upon approach. Free parking, free breakfast, air conditioning in room, not much to dislike. But... as someone who is pregnant I intensely disliked that guests smoked everywhere on the balconies and right outside our bedroom. It would be nicer to do a smoking area as it felt like everywhere had smokers and there was nowhere to sit outside and be away from it. Also, oddly they had put a sensor in the bathroom so when I had to wee in the night a quite bright light came on, no way of turning it off! Breakfast was varied and very generous, that was a nice touch."
