Most hotels in this area don't have 24/7 front desk receptionist so your can't check in if you arrive late. We didn't know that and arrived about 11:30pm. The was a number to call and the staff drove back from his home to check us in, and then proceeded to offer us food and drink after our travel. Awesome! Also accommodated an early breakfast due to our demanding schedule. I'd totally fine back and stay for a full week next time. Great place!
I loved this place! Great service! Wonderful food at restaurant! A remote location but peaceful, plenty to do there with steam room and indoor and outdoor pools and workout area! A challenging drive to get there. I suggest reviewing that before you go. There was an easier drive if you research it (no one lanes with hairpin turns I side of cliffs). We will be back!!!! Luv!!
Finca Son Palou was, by far, the highlight of our trip to Mallorca. The hotel was perfect. The room was large and pretty. The pool was large. The pool area never looked crowded. The beach was steps away. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of delicious items. Couldn’t be better.
Such a beautiful experience! Property is In a perfect location. Close to the Cathedral and train. There is also a bus station 10 minutes away where you can take day trips to Deía and Valdemossa. Concierge was very helpful. I was there for their grand opening, so it was impeccably clean.
From the moment we arrived at the Hotel Finca Ca N'ai we felt relaxed and completely stunned by the beauty of the grounds. Our room was number 6 in the main building. It was spacious, beautiful, private and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is quite delicious with offerings such as assorted fruits, oatmeal, cereals, pastries, baked goods, baguette with meat & cheese, and eggs prepared to your liking. The hotel is really well located in the middle of the beautiful town of Soller. It’s tastefully furnished and feels much more high end than the room rate suggests. The staff were excellent - professional, friendly and super helpful. All in all we couldn’t have asked for a more ideal spot to relax and explore the beauty of Mallorca.
Great stay but the air conditioner was not operating as maintenance guy said their computer controlled and that all windows and doors have to be closed. We may sure our door and window were closed but the air conditioner did not work.

Amazing location on the pine walk. Balcony view overlooking the ocean is insane. Room was a bit small though. Staff went above and beyond to help us get a room on the higher floor.
We stayed for 3 nights and truly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. They made sure to have varieties instead of only serving cold breakfast which apparently is common in Mallorca. There are also many restaurants nearby for dinner.
Plenty of street parking. Overall a great hotel!
