This hotel was really interesting as it is set in a small ancient town near Avignon but is elegantly decorated, comfortable and with very helpful management. We couldn't believe the special touches throughout and lovely artwork - a real find worth the short drive from the motorway at a reasonable price. Breakfast was a also a masterpiece served in a unique setting.
Spacious room, comfortable bed, free parking. The rooms and the hotel in general were clean. The check in at the reception was smooth. We had a dinner at a nearby restaurant recommended by the staff and it was quite nice. The only downside is the location, which is kind of middle of nowhere but perfect for one night stay while on the road. Overall we had a pleasant stay here.
This was my second stay here. Very quietly located in the town close to good restaurants, bars and sights. Walking distance to train station. Room very comfortable and cosy. Breakfast buffet very good with a good choice of food and hot coffee. I enjoyed my week here very much.
Maison Orsini is a cottage on a property with a total of 7 units. The owner's name is Folco, and he was very nice. The cottage is lovely, with a nice kitchen/dining room and living room downstairs and two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Cozy, and fits in with the surrounding village. A truly relaxing place. This is one of the most wonderful and comfortable places I have ever stayed. The property is beautiful, the rooms are very large (even by US standards), the breakfast was fantastic, but the people were beyond all expectations. Henri, Veldi, Dominique, and Norwin (the folks who manage and run the place) are the most wonderful, welcoming, friendly and kind people you will meet as a traveler. Truly an exceptional visit. We loved our stay! The room was beautifully decorated, the bed a real king sized bed, the renovation thoughtful both in use of space and with beautiful old details left to shine.
