"I would not recommend this place. My family and I had our reservation canceled upon arrival, leaving us stranded and scrambling to find alternative accommodations in a foreign country. It was an extremely stressful and upsetting experience. Despite sending multiple emails, I have yet to receive any response or refund. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. Think twice before booking."
