This is my second stay of this hotel. I really like this hotel, because it is located just in front of the station "Gare de Grenoble". It is not exactly in the center of the downtown, but still convenient enough. The room is large and well furnished - kitchen with cutlery and dishes, two desks, a wardrobe and a towel warmer. A cloth washer and dryer are also available on the basement floor.

The waitress was not very attentive. She did our order wrong and never Came back to check how we were. The gentleman at check in and assisting in bar and restaurant was wonderful and very accommodating

An excellent location for exploring Grenoble. Easy to use trams outside property. The property was quiet, the bed comfortable and a well equipped kitchen. The only fault was the sink in the bathroom the plug would not come up so we could only use the kitchen sink. Although it was easy to check in not having staff onsite means there is nowhere to report any problems.

Our family of 4 stayed in a junior suite and it was overall a great experience. There was enough room for all of us and all of our gear and the location was really good. Easy access to the gondola and an easy walk around to find food and shops.We loved the town and had a great stay here. My only complaint would have been the pool. We needed a room for three because we were meeting our daughter who was studying in Grenoble. We had a nice sized room and bathroom, very comfortable for three especially in Europe. Hotel staff was very nice, there was breakfast for an additional charge or you can just go outside and find food easily in the city. Walked to everything we wanted to see from this hotel. Parking in a covered lot for an additional charge that is subsidized somewhat by hotel and only cost 10 euro per night. We parked...

Stayed at this property many times. Typically very good experience. 2 issues this trip; elevator could only go down and breakdast selection and amount, not like before. Stayed 5 days, never seemed to be effort to fix 1st floor elevator button issue. Breakdast used to be spread out more with more quanties of everything. Always just enough put out. 5 days, only just a few sausage links, always at bottom of milk pitcher, just very little put out.

Great location

Nice and convenient in the center of Grenoble but quite old and few amenities. Nevertheless it was a pleasant stay.

We really enjoyed the quietness of the hotel while still being just a few minutes walk from the center of the village.
