The owners were just amazing. She even did our laundry for us. She was so sweet. The bathroom was clean with updated amenities and the home was clean, quiet, and a wonderful place to relax. Love how close the home is to the pub.

I liked its convenient closeness to the Forest of Dean which is filled with wonderful walks and picnic spots.
My personal favorite is the River Severn and its docks with it's many moods and long river-side walks. There is now a cafe and toilets there.
We had a lovely night at the hotel. Check in was efficient and staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and exceptionally clean. Wowed by the big tv. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and had a perfect nights sleep. The shower was also great, large and has great smelling shower gel and conditioner. Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable and well located. Affordable. If you are coming to Bristol by coach the hotel is within bag-dragging distance from the coach station. Staff very friendly, breakfast impressive in its variety, rooms clean and well maintained. Beds soft with crisp white clean linen. Will look forward to coming back.
Room was large and beds and pillows very comfortable. We had a nice meal for dinner. Breakfast was included and I had the best scrambled eggs ever. Portions are large and were offered fresh fruit and cereal as well. It was a little cool but in nice weather they have nice outdoor dining and drink area. Very happy with our stay. Friendly staff.
