A fantastic stay from start to finish! We received a lovely warm welcome and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious and very comfortable, with a fridge and iron provided. The bed was really comfy and the rainfall shower was excellent. We also enjoyed the lovely bar area, and the free parking was very convenient. The cooked breakfast was excellent too. We would definitely recommend and stay again!
I stayed in room 2 at the Phyllis Court Club the night before the start of Henley Royal Regatta. Room 2 overlooks the finish line of the regatta course. Luckily, it had cooled down from earlier in the week, as the rooms themselves are not air conditioned. Stayed one night after a long drive through France and a ferry crossing, just to break up the journey. Arrived with tired kids and weary parents. The staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful, the room was a good size and with good amenities. Breakfast was delicious. Overall, very impressed indeed. Far exceeded my expectations.
