A very nice hotel, especially for the price. Clean and comfortable with all the amenities you would need, including air conditioning. Staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was quite good.
Stayed one night after a long drive through France and a ferry crossing, just to break up the journey. Arrived with tired kids and weary parents. The staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful, the room was a good size and with good amenities. Breakfast was delicious. Overall, very impressed indeed. Far exceeded my expectations. Would definately stay again. Thank you Holiday Inn.
This was perfect for 1 person staying over for business. No frills but comfortable.
The only odd thing was the almost complete lack of drawers or shelves in the room. Also, there was a coat rack with no hangers.
I have nothing but praise for this small and well appointed hotel. The welcome was first class the room was of the highest quality and the price was extremley good value.
My only suggestion for a slight improvement was to buy better quality sausages for the breakfast.
We booked this place super last second while on a family road trip when we just needed a place to sleep 5 for the night. We checked in in the middle of the night and the gentlemen at the check-in desk was very friendly and helpful - the whole process was super painless and quick. We then got to the place and opened the big french doors to the balcony and were pleasantly surprised by the sound of a bubbling brook out behind the buildings - which was lovely :) And when the sun came up in the...
Beautiful place and well kept! The AC gets cold too which is a major plus! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!
Exceptionally nice property - the room layout and quality of appointments was impressive. Great natural light. Helpful staff, and a nice little bar to enjoy a cocktail. Situated in a great location in Chiswick.
The hotel is in a very convenient area just steps away from the Stamford Brook stop on the District line. The staff was so helpful when I arrived very early after an overnight flight from the U.S. The light blocking window shade worked great, allowing me to sleep off my jet lag almost too easily!
The room I was assigned was small but clean and functional, but on the 3rd floor with no lift. Be careful in booking and request a ground or first floor if you are traveling with heavy bags or have...
We stayed here for a visit to the Harry Potter studio tour. Helpful staff, comfy bed, plenty of room for family of 5 and beds all set up ready (didn't have to ask again for travel cot on arrival as often happens), super breakfast. Would recommend.
Amazing hotel with some very nice touches. The US socket in the room was very helpful. The breakfast was top rate - better than most US hotels. Such a perfect place for our first couple days of our trip to London.
