"An enormous hotel with well disciplined staff, always willing to help."

"Park outside the reception, check in and only then can you get the key code to enter the cavernous underground carpark! The aircon only goes down to 20 degrees C but that was cool enough. The mattress was quite firm which didn’t offer a good nights sleep but that’s me. Breakfast was adequate but no kettle or tea/coffee in the room. You can but a cuppa for £2.75 and pick up a choccy bar for £2 from the various vending machines."

"10/10 service and experience! We had access to the lounge and it was amazing so would definitely recommend! Breakfast had a good selection but my pancakes were a little bit dry! "

"Good hotel right on the water front. The city view rooms should be taken with a pinch of salt as you don’t see much really. Great cocktail bar in floor 12 with prices that are not that bad, just a bit bad. Room rates seem on the high side but I guess you’re paying extra for the location."

"It is always a great experience to stay here. This was our third time and they helped us with special surprise to celebrate a birthday. "

"The room was clean although quite small. If we lay down our large suitcase we couldnt open the room door. Getting into the shower was a little difficult as it was a smallish shower screen. "
