"Our room was beautiful and much bigger than expected! The only issue we had was how hot it was but the staff were lovely and gave us fans etc but the heat was overwhelming. Everything was lovely and clean. Couldn’t fault it really, would love to stay again"

"Lovely stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. On the 1st night and morning only 1 out 3 lifts were working. By the 2nd evening 2 out of 3 lifts were running. Breakfast buffet was great and it was restocked quickly when anything ran out."

"Hotel was lovely, staff were helpful. Only giving a 4 star because on this occasion I could not sleep due to a loud rumbling noise kept going off through the night, as well as the receptionist knocking on the doors of surrounding rooms at one point until found the one they were after. Not sure if the rumbling noise was beyond the hotels control or not. Everything else was 5 star and so were my last 2 visits, love this hotel."
