Nice and quiet , comfortable beds, really enjoyed the pool , love it !

This hotel is great and the staff are amazing. The area around the hotel (outside property line) is a little rough due to the train and tram traffic, as well as the occasional homeless person, but the hotel grounds are well manicured and safe. The hotel is very clean and well kept and the staff are great at making sure that you have everything that you need. Having stayed over a week at this hotel I discovered it is the staff that makes or breaks the place, at least in the smaller hotels (under 75 rooms). Every employee, from housekeeper to cook was courteous and friendly without going overboard & appearing fake. I watched a young man on the housekeeping staff literally make my bathroom shine, and that was after I gave him the option to just skip my room (I am a very neat person and didn't think my bathroom was even dirty until he finished). The staff was super kind and the location made it very easy for my friend and i to get to our concert around a mile away. i would stay here every time

Great front desk staff, bartender was a sweetheart and food is pretty good. The one down side is that they dont have free parking at all. Its either valet or $25/4 hours parking. There is also metered parking, but who wants to constantly worry about feeding the meter?

We have a family with kids so we love the pool and breakfast options. Thank you Luchie and staff. I love the omelets here. It's close to interstate 5 and feels safe and quiet. We have stayed here often on our vacations. I highly recommend it.

The room had a slight odor

Very nice place I was surprised because the price was good. Very clean big room and nice size shower. Very quiet around. I would say the only thing a really dislike was the underground parking. But don’t let that stop me from staying there again. And if it is literally right across from the hospital perfect place to stay if you have a loved one in the hospital.

The staff is amazing and helpful. Only thing i could say is the wifi isnt always on point.

Did not care for the homeless out front.

Perfect for coordinating with other family members. Several nearby options for dining, gas etc. Front dest was super accommodating on check in at 3pm on Feb 6.
