"Excellent"
The George in Rye
10/10 Excellent
"This is the third time we have stayed at The George . We like the relaxed and friendly atmosphere and the fact you can walk to lots of very nice pubs and restaurants as well as the hotel restaurant."
The Hope Anchor
8/10 Good
"Nice character filled historic hotel in the centre of Rye Old Town, good breakfast, room small but comfortable, our room only had a bath with a handheld shower nozzle, not ideal but ok for one night. All the towns attractions are within 5 mins walk. Parking limited near the hotel although we were lucky to get a park 1 min walk away that was available to non residents 6pm-9pm. Otherwise there was a public carpark less than 5 mins walk away."
River Haven Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Really lovely and friendly staff at the desk and restaurant . The night guard was also friendly and helpful . Great views of the river and town . We stayed one night which was a birthday and did enjoy the time . Breakfast was good and free parking too . Will visit again . Thank you Ladies 💜"
The Lookout Rye
8/10 Good
"Overall the hotel was a lovely place to stay. A perfect location for exploring Rye. The staff were all excellent and extremely helpful and friendly. We stayed for one night and the breakfast was superb. The only complaint was the state of the little balcony we had which over looked the car park. It would have taken minutes to sweep the dirty floor, pull up the weeds that looked as though they’d been there for weeks and maybe put a pot plant on the table. The table and chairs were rusty but just about acceptable. All 3 balconies were in the same state which was a shame as they could have looked lovely with just a few minutes of tlc and imagination. Having said that I would definitely go back."
Flackley Ash Country House Hotel

"A lovley country hotel, beautiful setting, good food and very relaxing"
Extraordinary Huts

"Great, different experience. Would recommend."
The Playden Oasts Inn
10/10 Excellent
"The staff were very nice and friendly and sorted everything out quickly."
The Ship Inn
8/10 Good
"Great location right in the centre of Rye and the staff were helpful. The room was bright and well cleaned. Enjoyed the breakfast. Would have been nice to get a bit more ventilation as the weather was so hot. Also the WI-FI was rather unreliable, working at first and then stopping. Overall, a good experience and would recommend."
