Beautiful property! I would highly recommend staying here. Close to the town square. There are so many shops, markets, restaurants, coffee shops, chocolate shops and breweries as well as spas in the immediate vicinity.
Very clean, employees were most accommodating. Somehow, I was able to make my needs clear to them. They speak very little English and I speak no Spanish. My only complaint is no face cloths were provided. But this was also the case at other hotels. It is a very safe and secure hotel. I felt very comfortable.

They do have a cab service to pick you up and drop you off as they are extremely close by the airport. If your flight is delayed you need to let them know otherwise the cab will leave. You have 5 basic choices for breakfast and they are cooked right before serving it to you, keep in mind in Guatemala you do have plantain and beans with your breakfast. The property is beautiful. Well maintained and the common areas (restaurant, pool, bar, gym) are large, well appointed and comfortable. Our rroom and bathroom were incredibly clean.
