Beautiful grounds, excellent service, except for my butler he needs to clean the room better. The pool is lovely but it needs more steps or a rail to hold on.

We stayed a week for our 25th anniversary. Perfect for that occasion. It would be inappropriate with children, infirm or elderly - stone stairs to anywhere, lots of quiet, mostly honeymooners. The staff made an effort to learn our names/circumstances and seemed sincerely invested in our good stay. Shout out to Mira. All day long, the cooked-to-order western and eastern food was amazing (the best/cheapest filet mignon you will find), and we especially enjoyed the included luxurious afternoon tea...

During our first night there we had some issues with the air conditioner, which the staff tried to resolve straight away and kept on checking on during our whole stay to make sure that it was working fine and that we were comfortable. There is also a clinic on site which was very helpful as my mom fell sick during our trip and to make us feel right at home the hotel sent us a Get Well Soon bouquet to our room. This hotel is situated along a stretch of road where there are the best food and drink options and just a 10 minute walk to the city center where the market is. Great shopping lines the street so it's always a nice stroll otherwise thet will shuttle you for free. The hotel staff is THE FRIENDLIEST we have met in all of Bali. Adiwana Bisma exceeded our expectations. The room was large, luxurious, and honestly nicer than some resorts charging nearly twice as much. We had one issue when we first checked in, and the staff corrected it immediately. Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate us throughout our stay. The jetted tub was also a huge plus for me after spending full days exploring, especially with my back and leg discomfort. I would gladly stay at Adiwana Bisma again anytime I’m in Ubud.

Tejaprana was a small oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud. The property was beautiful and really provided a sense of calmness and serenity. I enjoyed the fact that there were a limited number of villas, so you never felt like things were crowded or too many people. This hotel is amazing!!! Concrete, industrial design combined with Balinese architecture - this sounds crazy, right? But it's not... not in Bisma eight, they did an excellent job with the hotel design, their staff are the friendliest people we met on Bali, hotel is incredibly clean. We stayed in the forest and also garden view rooms - both were spectacular, amazing views from the forest room! I could just lie on the bed all day enjoying the view and its atmosphere. I have never left 5 stars for every category on a review for a hotel ! Outstanding in everyway. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, knowledge, and happy. Separate cottage like rooms , beautiful grounds and pool. Will definitely stay here again.
