非常棒的酒店。管家服务。设备周边非常方便

Very nice, very accommodating staff and great location

Great stay at the center of CQ, free wifi, reasonable fairly priced breakfast, free laundry and very good view from window

This property absolutely exceeded my expectations. They gave us a welcome gift upon arrival. When we had issues with the WiFI, they came to the room personally to fix, breakfast was amazing. Pool was great. Staff was so so helpful with absolutely everything. I asked if someone could come at 4:50 am to help with luggage upon check out, and they were extremely prompt. Room service was amazing. I can’t say enough good things about this property. It’s continently located as well. If you are going,...

Clean room, clean hotel.

The view from the room is mind blowing. The entire city with both Yangtze and jialing river is just in front of us. The amenity is new and high end. We had lots of fun in the swimming pool. The room is spacious with good decors and pretty much everything you need. I like the location as well since it is inside the raffles mall so dinning and shopping is just minutes away. Highly recommend

The staff at this hotel are amazing! We speak very limited Mandarin but we were able to communicate well with the staff both in person and through wechat. They were very responsive and attentive. The room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. Location was great. You're walking distance from the main shopping area. The only thing that is annoying is the elevator. I believe the cloud eye observation deck is in the same building along with some other things? You have to transfer elevators...

Great location, near most places you'd want to see. Room was nice, staff very pleasant

We have stayed at this Hyatt 5 times in the past 12 months only to have nothing less than excellent experiences. We highly recommend this Hyatt Regency. Others should be aware that the lap pool is also used as a family pool, therefore, choosing your time of day carefully for swimming laps may be necessary. Brian Barrick

Excellent location with short distances to many attractions. The staffs are very pleasant and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised that although it is located in a centralized location with many travelers, there was very little traffic noise inside the hotel room at night. This building houses several hotels. The lobby for this hotel is located on the 21st floor. The breakfast is very good. It also provides late evening porridge. There is also a travel agency located on the first floor.

The breakfast is fantastic at this hotel, one of the best I've had.

Perfect location in chongqing, very walkable yo main tourists attractions, friendly staff and spacious room

This is a four-star hotel located at Chongqing Central Business District -- an ideal place for businessmen and tourists. Inside the hotel, there are two nice restaurants and an upscale buffet restaurant with large variety of Western and Chinese foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel offers free wifi, well-equipped fitness center, and very good swimming pool. However, it requires swimmers to wear swimming caps people usually forgot to pack (or you have to buy one at site). Easy...

This is the best hotel in our 11 days in china. The location is convenient to train station and tourist spot. the grocery is just below the building which is very convenient especially during a long day. staff are all attentive and very helpful and kind.. will recommend this place to all traveler going to china. The price is also unbeatable

Not unsatisfied. Was expecting a bathtub and got a shower but they offered to switch us the next day if we wanted. The hotel itself is on the 38th floor of an office building so infrastructure issues like the long waits for an elevator are out of their control. Location is great, plenty of food places right outside open till midnight. A mall across the street and other night markets within walking distance. I would stay again, the staff was helpful and accommodating.
