Our villa with private pool was fantastic - very spacious, great A/C and excellent showers (there are multiple!) with great water pressure and lots of hot water. what a gorgeous lobby! check in was easy and quick, esp when they give you a refreshing cold drink while waiting. staff was always nice and helpful during the whole trip (suggested places to see traditional dance performances, looked up times for Yoga Barn for me, etc). Rooms were perfectly clean and comfy- showers were a little strange bc it was entirely see through, but manageable. hotel was within walking distance to so many places to see, eat, and shop, as well as atm and marts. best...
I loved this place! Everyone is super friendly. It's about a 15-20 min shuttle ride from downtown Ubud (but they hook u up with free shuttles, or u can rent a motorbike). It's worth the ride because it's quiet and beautiful away from the more "trashy" city areas (but Ubud is by far the cleanest). Also, I highly recommend taking advantage of their complementary morning programs e.g. Yoga or a morning walk to explore the village next to the villa.
