Did not use the spa so cannot comment. However the entire staff of this property were just wonderful. It will be interesting to see the property when the current expansion is completed.
This was a lovely hotel in an area that we wanted to explore. The service, room and restaurant were all fantastic. The breakfast was nice. We enjoyed being able to go outside and walk along the Rhine, and enjoy the view of the Chateau, vineyards and area. Parking was very easy and safe. Only complaint is that some of the switches were hard to figure out, esp in the bathroom… maybe when the staff shows you the room, make sure to inquire!
We stayed in Schloss Berg in mid March for a weekend. We are so glad we decided to stay at this hotel!!! As soon as we arrived, the reception desk greeted us with warm/wet cloths to clean up from the drive, fresh apples and free wine. We had never been to Luxemburg before and the reception plotted out our entire next day of things to do for us (she was right on point, we had such a great day)! The hotel itself is very nice, the beds were amazing, the showers had awesome water pressure and...
The facility is spotless, the rooms well appointed. The breakfast offerings are 5 Star. Shops àre a 10 minute walk from Klouschter. Direct busses to Luxembourg Gare are a 10 minute walk from Klouschter (at Casino 2000). Of the Front Desk Staff, one Staff Member could not do enough to be helpful, including speaking English, and, writing information on paper with pen. The other Front Desk Staff member could not have been more rude, including providing misleading information and 'No English' ......
The restaurant and wines were amazing! I loved the location and the staff were outstanding. Everyone was welcoming, friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend!
The staff were fantastic. Room very comfortable, and food excellent. My only observation is there appeared to be a bit of mold in the grout within the bathroom where water would pool.
