Cottages were amazing for our family. Kitchen was equipped with all the required utensils.
We went with cottage because we wanted the private bathrooms. There were 8 beds in the cottage, they did give 4 bed sheets. We had to put them on whatever beds we choose to sleep on. :)
Unfortunately there was no shower gel/shampoo/conditioner. We didn't get any notification that it won't be there.
This place was amazing and surrounded with lambs, horses and birds. would recommend to any one.
Ok people, these cabins are SO spacious. You'll get a good sized fridge, a real coffee maker, a tea kettle, a microwave, plenty of cookware and dishes, and a two hob stove (not induction) that is very easy to operate. Zero complaints from us.
Really nice place perched on a hill over the harbor. Very clean and the woman running it was super friendly, professional, and helpful. The room was very nice and breakfast was good.
Right off of road one. Very convenient. Easy booking and check in process. Only thing that would have made it more awesome would have been the Aurora Borealis being active. But was awesome regardless.

Truly one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed! It’s a very cozy farmhouse which has been passed down for generations and it was a wonderful experience. The host was very kind and even sat with us to tell us more about the Icelandic lifestyle. The property is in a beautiful valley with waterfalls and the ocean all within viewing distance.
I very much loved this beautiful place! It's situated in a neighborhood that looks completely like what I expected Iceland to look like. The staff there were all very, very kind and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. And the water view allowed me a most beautiful view of the sunset, so peaceful and restful! I'd stay here again the next time I visit. Thanks to all the staff for making me feel so at home.
This was one of our most favorite stays during our travels along Iceland's Ring Road. The location is a bit remote, so be aware when planning for food or other things to do. We used this location simply based on our itinerary, but we're so glad we did!
