We were totally delighted with our stay—everything was perfect. But the best part was the warmth and care that the mother and son give to their guests. They arranged our pickup from Rome Airport and when we arrived the son was there to greet us and carry our bags, show us the guesthouse and our room that had a balcony overlooking the promenade and sea. The location is very near the ship terminal but at our request he arranged for a taxi for us to go to our ship. We will definitely stay there...

She even met us at the property at midnight after our late arrival, which we really appreciated. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was unbelievable. Anything you need they handle with so much care. Whether you are out at the jacuzzi looking over the lake and they are bringing you drinks, or getting all of your clothes cleaned and pressed for a wedding, everything they do is top notch. We were overwhelmed by hospitality of owner and staff, they are above and beyond. Location is good close to train station. Restaurants are nearby. Breakfast included we felt very good. Room is clean. Located on 3rd floor, there are steps initially then walked to elevator. Owner helped us all the time to carry our luggages. He also helped us to arrange taxi to go to cruise port. Overall we had excellent experience. Definitely would recommend it.

Very nice family run property. Cristiano vert helpful with arranging transport from the airport as well as to our cruise ship. Property is very clean The rooms have Air-conditioning There is a pool to cool off in as summers can be hot. Walking distance to the beach. There is no restaurant on site however it within walking distance of restaurants a supermarket and authentic pizzeria [which was delicious). There is an expresso machine, expresso, milk juice muffins, cereal, and snacks in the room....
