The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, the area is perfect being so close to the pantheon and so many other sites to see.

Our stay here was beautiful, and even more beautiful were our hosts. They were very accommodating after our long flight and drive. The apartment was very clean and spacious for our family of five and the grounds were spectacular. Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality!

Overall good property. It’s about 20 mins from central Rome. Need a cab to get to Rome central. Breakfast is decent. Hotel has a couple of restaurants And offers limited in room dining. We had trouble in our first room with the bathroom blinds. Staff was quick to move us to another room.

Very well appointed, comfortable, hotel serving the international and Italian traveler. Great access to the wonderful Trastevere neighborhood. Ability to get to the historic and religious sites by cab. Hotel staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I recommend it highly.

We picked this hotel because we had both a wine tasting event and a dinner with friends close to the hotel. This was our first visit. What we found was a very clean, modern and easy to reach by car hotel. It is located within a 10 minute cab ride to some great restaurants and evening fun spots in Roma too. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a reasonably price excellent hotel just outside the center of Roma

Perfect location, fantastic staff, great breakfast and comfortable room. Second visit in the past two months. My new go-to place to stay in Rome.

Aside from impeccable cleanliness and AC, the staff was extremely attentive and hospitable. Only stayed for one night there and the front desk staff knew me by name when I came and went, they helped handle my bags, generously handed out cold water and lemonade, and called me a taxi for the airport in the morning. Exceeded my expectations by far! 10 out of 10. When and if I come to Rome again I will be staying here! Christina and the man from the front desk were the greatest.

I stayed five nights in this hotel in early May of 2023. 2 min. to Colosseo. Perfect location, clean and tidy settings. Even though it is marked as four star hotel, I would give five star. Roof-top restaurant is gorgeous and has stunning view on the area especially in the night. The location of this hotel is perfect. 5 min to the subway station and bus stop. This is my third time in Hotel Chapter, so it is excellent choice in terms of location, staff, and amenities. It is better than what it advertised to be. So yea I highly recommend it! Did I mention that all the staff, literally in all shifts and everywhere in the hotel are amazing?

Hotel Trillusa is a wonderful hotel. It sits right outside the busy tourist area, yet only a quick taxi/tram/bus ride to downtown Rome. In honesty, I didn't expect a lot. I work for a major airline and I stay at many large hotel chains. On this visit to Rome I was traveling with my teens on a tight budget. The pricing was too good to be true. The staff was friendly, helpful and very welcoming. The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a couple of blocks from the Coliseum, Palatine and the Forum amoung other important ruins as well as the Metro train! This property is really nice. The hotel overall was great. The only thing is if you want to walk everywhere it is a bit far from the Rome city center. But, the train isn’t far and it’s cheap.

we stayed at hotel san francesco 10 years ago. we loved it then so we decided to try it again. it was even better this time. small boutique hotel in the great trastevere neighborhood. we had a quiet room on the 4th floor. the staff couldn't have been better. alessia, massimo, vincenzo, giuseppie, gina, emanuelle, simone, etc... great small hotel in a historic building. family owned. fantastic neighborhood. great breakfast buffet! we loved walking back across the tiber after a day of sightseeing...

I booked this hotel last minute and was thrilled with my selection. The staff was helpful, kind and eager to assist us. Giorgio, the concierge, went above and beyond to make sure our every need was met. The hotel is lovely and we appreciated the complimentary phone for use while staying at the property. The location was great, within walking distance of most of the beautiful Roman sites, and lots of delicious local restaurants nearby.A true gem and we hope to visit there again!

For me, it is the best place to be close to the train station, subway, and bus to move wherever I want to go. Clean, beautiful, delicious breakfast. Perfect
