we stayed for 4 nights and used Seina as our base for our first visit to Tuscany. The owners were very helpful. They provided maps and information on all the local sights, plus some history of the town. One night we asked them to make dinner reservations and they had to call over 10 places due to a busy night. But they found us a great restaurant for dinner. Another day they provide a detailed schedule for buses to visit one of the towns we were interested in.

Great location. Warm welcoming local staff who ensured we enjoyed every minute of our stay at this 15 century beautifully restored former home. Central to Siena. Though located in a ZTL they guided us to enable us to drop my off baggage and no park in convenient parking. Surrounded by historical sites and great shopping and food (including yummy gelato) this is the perfect location for exploring old Siena. And the service was excellent.

It is a great option to stay, convenient and the place is really nice. They offer water, coffee and tea at reception. Please be aware that check in is between 14:00 and 19:0. They are not flexible about this.
We loved this place and it was by far the best place we stayed during our time in Italy. The property is breathtaking and the service/staff is amazing. All the food we had was phenomenal and fresh. Perfect location for a stay in Siena. It is literally next to the Duomo. The B&B suggested we use a valet parking lot outside of the city, which worked out perfectly. We were dropped off right next to the property, picked up on time at the end of the trip, and did not have to lug our bags through town.

Everything was exceptional from the breakfast (the walnut pastries are a must) to the staff who brought our food to the room one day even though they don't offer room service to accommodate our schedule issues. This location is really best for couples and/or solo travellers who want to unwind and slow life down. There's no TVs but they have games and a decent library, albeit it is all in Italian. My only quibble would be is to strengthen the wifi.
