This was my second time visiting the Rivoli hotel and I highly recommend. The staff is very kind and helpful. The location is close to great restaurants and shopping. Rooms are clean.
the hotel is excellent as a facility but it is also the closest to Juventus stadium. So people may come here for the game. The hotel is very good in every aspect but we would have hoped they provided an additional service on match days (transportation to and from stadium).
Other than that the staff are very helpful and speak English.
The room was huge, and very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The morning buffet was the best way to start the day. Don't expect air conditioning...
I can't speak highly enough about this hotel. Clean room, kind people at the front desk, nice and quiet location (yes it's unassuming and sort of randomly located but who cares) and EXCELLENT daily breakfast included.
When I needed a power adapter, they provided it. When I needed to borrow an iron, same thing. They were always able to call a taxi as I required etc. etc.
I will be back. Excellent value, excellent stay.
Big and clean room with fridge. Air conditioning works well. Parking is great. The best is the staff: very kind and friendly so you can feel at home and enjoy the beautiful city of Torino.
Perfect place to stay close to the Turin Airport. The staff is so kind and helpful, and the rooms are very clean. For anyone extremely sensitive to sounds (road sounds, etc) this is the place to stay. The rooms have individual, remote controlled AC units with quiet fans that give stellar white noise coverage. The breakfast has typical options provided by exceptional service.
Their services went above and beyond, even though we booked at the last minute just before midnight
Very good experience. The desk workers were attentive to my needs and promptly solved problems.
My oversight was not seeing if the room had a microwave. That was my fault.
One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff is too notch. They try everything to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. The rooms are absolutely amazing. When my closet light was not working properly they tried to address the issue right away even tho it was a minor thing. Stay here!
Clean spacious room. Staff very helpful. Ideal location for access to station, sights, restaurants etc. Highly recommend. Good buffet breakfast included.
Absolutely the best position and nicest hotel in the area. Very very convenient for shopping, the Egyptian Museum is just round the corner and the breakfast is spectacular. It even has chocolate with whole hazelnuts croccante, for breakfast! So now i am 1 kilo heavier but well worth it. I can always shop nearby for bigger trousers.
