this is a very well managed hotel. All the staff- reception, restaurant and domestic, are friendly and efficient. Rooms are well looked after on a daily basis and the pool area isappropriate for the number of guests. Particular complements to the chef who provides a varied menu of regional food with a strong emphasis on fresh ingredients...much appreciated.
This resort exceeded expectations- incredibly friendly and professional staff, the suite was spotless and spacious, the property itself is gorgeous and unique. The breakfast was beautiful and we enjoyed dinner outside for 3 nights which was delicious and well priced. Service at the restaurant is exceptional. Also a shout out to David and Isabella, the bar team at the pool bar who were lovely and gave warm service. Every detail of this place is well thought out and I can’t wait to return one day.
Gallicantu is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed at. Marco has created a masterpiece. The grounds are extensive and lovely, encouraging wandering around. It is isolated but it's a place you are happy to stay.
This was our second time staying here. The room is very large and clean. The grounds are gorgeous and the pool area and view are amazing. The breakfast is wonderful and the dinners were great too! Will come back!

A door code is provided with a key at the desk for my room. Generally speaking, there is no staff on the premises except during the breakfast; but again very responsive to texts. I had a little problem with my shower door and they fixed it right away.

ALL of the staff at the Hotel Felix Olbia were very professional, friendly, and polite. Our room maid was Awesome as well. There is a blonde woman with short hair and wears glasses that literally was so kind that she "made me smile and leave the breakfast area happy that I saw and interacted with her! The women working at the Hotel reception desk were very accommodating. We didn't have any complaints and would stay at this facility again if we have need to do so. KUDOS to ALL!
Olbia rooms looks brand new, although the proprietors said that it opened a year ago. Staff is on site to welcome you, and they are fantastic at communicating before and after check in. The room was very comfortable and quiet, and the site is actually within walking distance of Costa Smeralda Olbia airport (about 15 minutes). The City Garden Guest house is GORGEOUS!!!! Very modern with all amenities provided, beautifully decorated, spacious bathroom, complete set of towels AND sleeper for each guest, and super clean. A/C worked perfectly to cool the entire large room. Check in was super simple and fast. The owner allowed us to check in earlier than stated time.
