Came to visit family nearby. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and the rooms were spotless. To add icing to the cake (literally) there is a PHENOMENAL bakery attached to the building downstairs.

This hotel is a gem!! The private beach access alone makes it a must stay! The food by the beach is great and the beach chairs and easy water access means you can stay out there all day. Bring your water shoes because the small rocks when you're getting in and out are a little rough. We stayed here recently, family of four with two kids. The hotel is neat and clean, modern looking and the the food is amazing, especially the buffet breakfast which is included in the price. The location can't be beat, it's right in front of the pompei ruins and there are awesome food places right near the hotel. The staff were amazing too. I would love to stay again at this hotel.

This is a nice little hotel with very clean, pretty rooms. The staff was amazing. Paola was so kind and helpful! The location is very convenient to the center of Amalfi but just be alert that when you step out of the hotel door you are on the shoulder on the main road. Also there is a flight of stairs up to the lobby and the stairs are higher than an average stair so it can feel harder than normal. This was a bit challenging for my 80 year old mom but we made it work and they have a very strong...
We had a long day of travel from Venice to Salerno and this was the perfect hotel! It was walkable from the train station, the room was big and we did have a balcony. The continental breakfast was great - with some good croissants. There are also many different cafes and shops nearby. We were able to walk less than a mile to take a ferry to Positano. I would highly recommend if you are using transportation and want something convenient.
Hotel Amalfi is located just off the main street, easy to access, and quiet. Alessandra and Martina greeted us warmly when we arrived. We had to wait several hours for our room since we arrived before noon. They do have a comfortable waiting area and there is a restaurant just around the corner which was great since we were hungry and tired. Breakfast is good, room is clean and quiet at night. Hotel and room furnishings are all new. Only thing is not so easy is the transportation. But across from hotel there is a Cornad supermarket.
