This was our most pampered and relaxing stay in Italy. The place is beautiful , luxurious in every way. The views of Vesuvius and the garden are stunning. The service is five star or more. Chiro was so attentive and kind. We felt pampered from the moment we arrived.

Location - Perfect, seriously. Quick walk to Main Beach (5-10 mins) but situated on Cristoforo Colombo which has several nice bars/restaurants & amazing views. Also only 5 min. walk to the Sponda SITA bus stop (other stop is at the top of town). Couldn't beat it.

Only thing bad, the caesar salad at the pool was HOT, like it was horrible. Please dont feed that anymore unless it comes chilled with the chicken on top. The salad should not be HOT!!

We recently stayed at this hotel over our honeymoon and we never wanted to leave! The rooms are fun, beds are comfy, and we had a stunning view. The hotel was clean and centrally located to shops and restaurants. However I would point out that we arrived on Sunday afternoon and all shops were closed. This was a little disappointing because we were only there for one night. Pasquale was at the Hotel desk and was an excellent resource answering all of our questions and concerns. The hotel has a picturesque view of the Bay of Sorrento, sitting up higher on one end just a short walk from the best restaraunts. I would highly recommend this hotel. We went here for our honeymoon and loved every minute. The staff left a bottle of champagne in the room as a welcome and accommodated our request for a higher level room and queen bed.
The location is great. It's an easy walk to town but enough apart to be quiet and relaxing. The rooms are a good size and many feature balconies. I would recommend paying extra to get a sea view. It's worth it!
