This is the nicest hotel I think we've ever stayed in, and we travel a bit. I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere, regardless of price or rating, where there wasn't some small thing a bit off -- even five-star hotel rooms have some gross dusty corner, if you look hard enough. Not this one: absolutely everything was perfect, top to bottom, from the lobby to the bed to the discreet laundry machine in our room to the breakfast buffet. Not a dusty corner in sight. Breakfast was amazing, btw. We...
I found this hotel to be the best in Japan. The staff was so nice and helpful. Great food on the spot, good price. Big bathz Very Very Hot water at all times. CAFE ON SITE!!
Nice Japanese style viewing garden on site.
Convince store a block away is the only thing near the hotel.
The location is not good if you want to walk around and see sights, but taxi service cost us less than 1000 yen so $6.64 USD!
I your going to be in Nagoya, this is a great hotel!
A solid hotel option in Gifu. Easy check in, hassle-free, good rooms. The carpet was a little stained, but everything else was otherwise great. Didn't pay for the breakfast buffet they offer (1,200 yen), so can't comment on that. Pretty good location in Gifu. The only stressful thing was parking. They have parking available in a parking garage next door for 1,000 yen/day and you can park there between like 14:00 - 10: 00, something like that. We weren't sure if you were allowed to come and go,...
This is my second time staying at this hotel. We left our phone at the reception when we checked out. We didn’t know until the receptionist run after us and brought our phone. It had been more than 5 min after we left the hotel. She must have been looking for us quite a while in 95 Celsius hot weather. We were so touched by her kindness. The staff were all kind and friendly. The room was very clean and amenities were good. The location was close to the station and convenient. We are very pleased...
The amount of free amenities available in the lobby is more than usual. Staff was very helpful.
It's a short taxi ride from Nagoya Station, more convenient than train due to amount of walking.
There is no water refill station in the lobby.
