Simply fabulous! The staff were kind, courteous, and helpful. The location was superb! It was beautifully situated between the train station and most sight seeing attractions. Great hotel. Super helpful staff, helped guide us through a minor allergic reaction. Location is great, right in Geisha district, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable beds. Had a great stay here.
This was one of the most incredible experiences we had in Japan. The staff and service level are extraordinary. The 8 or 10 course meals at dinner and breakfast were an unbelievable experience. We traveled with young kids with varying degrees of adventurous eating and the staff was able to prepare dishes that were more western (mini sausages, fries, sunny side eggs). We took a large family suite with a private outdoor hot springs bath and it was gorgeous. The shuttle to the train station is very...
LOVE this place. Feels like a 4 star hotel—large rooms, very clean and modern, great amenities—but it’s only rated as 3 star. I would book this place again without hesitation. Great location even walking back and forth through the snow (it snowed when we stayed). Staff very helpful. Most of Kanazawa has limited English speaking skills but staff will use google translate to help out :)
Best bang for your buck hotel in term of facilities and amenities! The club lounge option is worth the extra money since the breakfast and club lunge offer premium food and drinks. The breakfast option is the best I seen in terms of Asian & western selections.
Regular shuttle bus makes the hotel as convenient as nearby the train station. Buffet breakfast is with great variety and plentiful. Service is good and staffs are very welcoming. Lounge with free beverage is definitely a plus. Room is clean, spotless, with amenities provided. Parking space is provided free. Coin laundry facility is available despite we did not use during our stay.

Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms. while a little small, were clean and comfortable. The in-room washer/dryer combo was a great convenience. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Kanazawa.
If you travel to Shirakawa-go and want to experience a truly wonderful Japanese experience, this hotel is for you. The rooms are excellent and super clean. We experienced the private baths from the hot springs and was also great!
