"Parking was easy for this place. It was located in a very strategic location in lake Toya. The room was superb with a private onsen that overlooks the lake. Food was also great with a wide selection of cuisine. Highly recommend this place!"

"The chalet was great, cosy and warm. The underfloor heating was very nice. Food was great. The Chabu Chabu and Sukiyaki were very tasty. The breakfast buffet was very good. The potatoes were a hit. The shuttle van was very convenient and efficient.
The staff were really great, super nice and helpful. Special shout out to the Chef for the great food and Angela and Megan for all the help and the van driving.
We had a fantastic stay. Thank you and Merry Christmas "
